Owner's Care Guide
Cleaning:
- Use the soft microfiber pouch that comes with your goggles to clean the lenses. Avoid abrasive materials such as flannels or towels as these could scratch the surface.
- If the goggles are extremely dirty, rinse them gently with lukewarm water to remove debris before wiping them clean.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or cleaning agents, as they may damage the lens coatings. Stick to water and mild soap if necessary.
- Allow the goggles to air dry completely before storing them in a cool, dry place.
Storage:
- Store your ski goggles in a protective case when not in use. If you don’t have one of these this can be purchased via our website.
- Ensure the goggles are completely dry before storing them to prevent mold or mildew growth.
- Avoid placing heavy objects on top of the goggles to prevent deformation of the frame or lens.
- Keep the goggles away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, or extreme cold, as these conditions can affect the lens and frame materials.
Handling:
- Always handle your goggles with clean hands to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the lenses.
- Avoid touching the inner side of the lens, as it may have anti-fog coatings that can be damaged by fingerprints or scratches.
- When adjusting the strap or making any changes to the goggles, do so gently to avoid stressing the frame or strap attachments.
Lens Care:
- All of our ski goggles come with anti-fog coatings on the inside of the lens. Avoid wiping or rubbing the inner surface to maintain this coating.
- If the goggles do fog up, allow them to air dry naturally. Avoid using any heat sources like a hairdryer, as they may damage the lens or frame.
- If the lenses become scratched or damaged, consider replacing them to maintain clear vision and optical performance.
Impact Protection:
Our goggles are designed to protect your eyes during active sports. However, they are not indestructible. Avoid dropping or subjecting them to high impacts.
If your goggles experience a significant impact or fall, carefully inspect them for any damage before using them again. Even minor cracks or distortions can affect their performance and compromise your safety.

- All of our goggles have interchangeable lenses,carefully follow the steps below for lens removal and replacement to avoid damaging the frame or lens attachments.

What Payments methods does Salana Athletica accept?
You can pay by all major international credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. Our payment portal is encrypted and secured by Shopify Payments - we do not receive or hold any of your card details on our servers.
We also accept payment from PayPal, Klarna and Clear Pay.
What currency are your prices in?
All purchases are charged in either GBP, EUR or USD. The desired currency can be selected in the footer. Please note that payments via PayPal and Klarna can only be made in GBP.
Where does Salana Athletica Ship to?
We currently ship worldwide using the most efficient couriers (usually Royal Mail, DPD or DHL) to deliver to almost anywhere within just a few working days. We’ve selected the best couriers for each specific country to ensure you receive your Salana order as quickly as possible.
We are currently unable to ship to Israel, Ukraine and Russia.

When will my order ship?
We aim to ship your order to you within 1-2 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information for your order. If you haven't received one please check your junk folder.
Our warehouse team takes a much deserved break on the weekends and Uk national holidays so orders placed on those days will be dispatched the following business day.
Can I cancel or change an order after I’ve placed it?
Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out as soon as possible, which means that we can’t guarantee it will be possible to make any changes to an order once it’s been placed.
Please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your changes.
Will I be charged import duty on my Salana Athletica order?
All Salana Athletica orders are shipped from the UK, so orders to UK destinations will not be subject to additional import duties or taxes. If you have been charged additional fees on a UK order, please get in touch at customer.service@salanaathletica.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Order Destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and /or taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. We ship your packaged in accordance to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Usually, the value of your order will be below any import thresholds and no additional charges will apply, however, this is at the discretion of your local government import policies. If duties or taxes do apply they must be rendered by yourself in order for your package to be delivered. Please contact your local customers office of taxation authority for more information.
How do I apply my discount code?
During the checkout stage of your order there is a field where you can enter your discount code. After you have applied the code you move on to choosing payment options.
Why does my 10% discount code not work?
If you received a discount code that does not work it might be due to one of the following reasons:
1. The discount code has expired.
2. The discount code is not applicable on items already on sale.
3. The order amount is less than £50 / €55 / $60
4. The discount code cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand for all orders over £50 / €55 / $60 . For all other countries please see shipping rates at checkout.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, please notify customer.service@salanaathletica.com of your return.
From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item from your order. Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Should 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we receive the item it will be inspected, and processed. We will then confirm via email what action we have taken.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase and, in the event we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and contact you via email. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you or refunded at a percentage of the original value.
Please note, all returns must be packaged in suitable packaging.
