Returns

Our goal is for you to truly cherish your Salana Athletica's Product, and we strongly believe in purchasing only what you genuinely require and will make use of. To ensure your utmost satisfaction, we accept returns within a 28-day period from the date in which the goods have physically been received. For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition, free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage, and must include all the original packaging and tags. Please note that failing to include the packaging when sending back the item will result in a penalty.
Depending on the postal service you choose, it may take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect and process it. We will then notify you via email regarding the action we have taken.
If a refund is applicable, it will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the event that we cannot provide a suitable replacement, we will automatically refund you and inform you via email. It is important to note that all returned items must be in their original condition. We will inspect all goods upon return, and any item in unsuitable condition will either be sent back to you or refunded at a reduced value.

Please note that the responsibility for the goods lies with you until they reach our facility. For your own protection, we strongly recommend using a postal service that provides insurance coverage for the value of the goods and requires a signature upon receipt. If the item you are returning is valued at £75 or more, we advise considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the safe receipt of your returned item.
Please note: All refunds will take 10  working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Late or Missing Refunds 
If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps to ensure a resolution. First, double-check your bank account to verify if the refund has been processed. If it hasn't, contact your credit card company or bank for assistance, as there may be a delay in the refund's official processing.
In the event that you have exhausted these options without success and your refund is still missing, please reach out to us at customer.service@salanaathletica.com for further assistance.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and directly shipped to you, we will issue a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will refund the purchase amount to the gift giver only.
Returns of items purchased with a limited-time offer free shipping code
If you choose to return an item that was initially delivered with a free shipping code, please note that you will be responsible for covering the full cost of return shipping to our warehouse, as well as any additional packaging required to ensure its safe return. In the case of any items damaged due to improper or unsuitable packaging, a charge may be deducted from the refund total at the discretion of our customer service team. Images of the damaged items will be provided as evidence.
My return was processed, but the delivery charge was not refunded
Typically, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods but deduct the delivery charge, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations or if the entire order was faulty. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item.
I have received an incorrect refund amount
If you believe that an error has occurred in the refund amount you received, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. The following factors may have influenced the refunded amount:
  • The delivery charge is only refunded for cancelled orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
  • The item was returned in a damaged condition.
  • The goods were faulty.
  • Discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may no longer be applicable.
I returned an item, but it was incorrectly refunded or replaced
We sincerely apologize if an error occurred during the processing of your request. If you were expecting a replacement but received a refund instead, it may be because we were unable to fulfill your exchange request. In such cases, we automatically issue a refund so that you can freely choose the goods you desire. If you were expecting a refund but received replacement goods instead, please contact us to rectify the situation and ensure proper resolution.
